Where have all the Church Musicians gone?

This question has plagued churches in every denomination across the USA and abroad. The church musician field is desperately depleted and the new musician though willing has no local place to go to learn formal study. We at Sound of Joy have taken on this responsibility and through technology have created this on-line institution of learning for the new church musician. As you may know in order to bring up the skill level of any musician it will take time. We have developed a self-paced music program that will encourage your young people to enter the ministry of music as a church musician. We suggest that all church's have no less than 3 musicians in training at all times. This way as life directions takes them to their appointed tasks you will have another musician in the wings fully trained to take over.
